For over a decade, I’ve operated at the intersection of complex SaaS architecture, technical program governance, and people-first leadership. Over 10+ years guiding enterprise software deployments across high-volume environments, I’ve built a reputation as an optimistic realist who bridges the gap between executive strategy and frontline execution.
